Laura Moran is CEO of LPM Innovate, a strategic advisor and fractional innovation leader in the pet food and consumer goods space. She created PetSpark Navigator to help companies speed up innovation and align teams around what really drives growth. Her work also includes M&A assessment and integration, guiding businesses through product, team and operations alignment during periods of transformation. Moran has led innovation at both big names and scrappy startups, from creating Temptations cat treats at Mars to launching 150+ new products and boosting margins at BARK. She now helps companies strengthen their product pipelines, scale operations and drive sustainable growth. Moran is also co-chair of Women in Petfood Leadership and is a mentor at Vanderbilt’s Wond’ry Innovation Center, where she helps future innovators find their path.
