Bill Griffith is the COO for Peco Foods, the seventh largest broiler producer in the U.S. Griffith is the current NCC chairman. Prior to joining Peco, he worked for Keystone Foods U.S. where he served as president from 2016-2019. He also held roles of vice president in food safety and quality assurance during his nine years at Keyston. Griffith also had a successful tenure at Perdue Foods, overseeing food safety, quality and regulatory compliance. He holds two degrees from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University: a bachelor’s degree in biology and a bachelor’s degree in chemistry.
