Sam Al-Murrani, Ph.D., serves as the managing director and owner of Bimini Pet Health, a leading contract manufacturer and private-label provider of pet health supplements and treats — all made in the USA at a FDA-registered and inspected, and USDA/APHIS-inspected, facility. Bimini is also cGMP-certified under 21 CFR part 117 (cGMP Practice, Hazard Analysis, and Risk-Based Preventive Controls for Human Food) and audited by the National Animal Supplements Council (NASC) and is an NASC Preferred Supplier. Al-Murrani is recognized as an industry and technical expert with numerous editorials and articles in various industry and scientific peer reviewed journals. He serves as director on the boards of several human and animal health companies. Al-Murrani has a bachelor's degree in animal science from the University of Edinburgh and a Ph.D. in immunology/biochemistry from the Roslin Institute and the Department of Veterinary Pathology at the University of Edinburgh. He holds an MBA in finance from Baker University.
