2026 Speakers

Jasmine Kataria, Ph.D., is a senior scientist in research and development at Kerry Ingredients and Flavors. She earned her Ph.D. in food science and technology from the University of Georgia and a master’s degree from Auburn University; her research centered on developing and validating rapid quantification methods for Salmonella and Campylobacter in poultry, as well as assessing clean-label interventions for their efficacy against pathogenic and spoilage microorganisms. At Kerry, Kataria leads the development, optimization and validation of clean-label antimicrobial technologies for both human food and pet food applications, with a focus on beverages and high-moisture products.
