Petfood Forum 2024 features a packed educational program for all skill sets

Petfood Forum includes a three-day agenda packed with educational sessions focused on the latest consumer purchasing behavior, market trends and insights. Highlights include two keynote speakers, four concurrent session tracks and a panel discussion.

Meet the keynotes

Daniel Levine and Tamara Ghandour will serve as keynote speakers for the 2024 event providing tips and strategies on leveraging trends and innovation at all levels of a company.

Daniel Levine, director of the Avant-Guide Institute, will kick off the morning sessions on Tuesday, April 30.

Levine operates a New York-based trends consultancy and works with many companies, including McDonald’s, American Express, Microsoft and Dior, to help them anticipate the coming trends that could most affect their businesses. He leads a large team of trendspotters who track the latest ideas and experiences around the globe.

Tamara Ghandour, founder of LaunchStreet and creator of the Innovative Quotient Edge (IQE) assessment tool, will speak on Wednesday, May 1.

IQE has shown people around the world the keys to unlocking their innovative minds so they can perform at their peak, create breakthroughs and have a stronger, more valued voice in the world and their own organizations. In her interactive session, Ghandour will show you how to harness your greatest competitive advantage — your unique Everyday Innovator style — to outmaneuver and outperform others in today’s high-pressure, cluttered landscape.

Agenda and speakers

The conference features four concurrent session tracks on marketing innovations, ingredients and nutrition, processing, and pet food safety and regulatory updates.

The conference will conclude with a panel discussion on manufacturing sustainable pet food. Panelists from Packaged Facts, Hill’s Pet Nutrition and Earth Animal will share best practices, success stories, challenges, as well as consumer perceptions during the 75-minute session.

On the trade show floor, knowledge sharing will continue on the Petfood Tech Talk Stage featuring a dozen presentations on new products and capabilities from industry suppliers, and in the Future of Petfood Pavilion, which includes the industry’s only student program showcasing the latest companion animal research.
