What’s included with my booth?
- A 10×10 booth includes black carpet (for inline booths). All other furniture is ordered through our official show decorator, and special pricing is available for basic packages.
- Also includes company listing with logo in the program of events (when booked prior to Feb. 6, 2027), access to the attendee list by request (name, title, company only)
Petfood Forum 2027 Show Dates: April 26-28. Exhibitor set up is on Monday, April 27 from 9 am – 5 pm with the opening reception starting at 4:30 pm. The Exhibit Hall will officially open on April 27 at 9 am.
EXHIBIT CANCELLATION POLICY: Requests for refunds must be made in writing. A company may cancel their booth and receive a refund minus $500 cancellation fee (credit card fee is non-refundable) until September 30, 2026. Starting October 1, 2026 no refunds will be processed. Early tear down is strictly prohibited, show closes April 28 at 3 pm Central Time, plan accordingly.
