Paul Sinowitz joined Qdoba in June of 2019 and currently serves as the chief supply chain officer. In his role, he oversees all aspects of the supply chain for food and beverage, packaging, finance and indirect categories. Sinowitz has served in executive supply chain roles for the past 35 years from large national restaurants such as Sonic, Yum Brands (KFC) and Advantica Restaurants (Denny’s, El Pollo Loco, Coco’s, Carrow’s and Hardees). Most recently, he spent the last 11 years working with MGM Resorts and Caesars Entertainment. He received a bachelor's degree from New Mexico State University.
