Betty McPhee is a passionate advocate for pets and a trusted leader in the pet food industry. With a career spanning global sales and leadership roles at respected companies like Omega Protein, Cargill, Trouw Nutrition and Ameri-Pac, she brings a wealth of experience in regulatory compliance, technical sales, marketing and product innovation. McPhee’s deep understanding of the industry is matched by her active involvement in shaping its future — she has served on numerous committees with the American Feed Industry Association, Pet Food Institute and Association of American Feed Control Officials. McPhee studied marketing and management at Denver University, completed executive leadership training at the University of Chicago and pursued manufacturing studies at Texas A&M. Outside of work, she gives back through volunteer service and board leadership, including with the Nebraska Humane Society Friends Forever, Women in Petfood Leadership and her local HOA.
