Experience:

Soumya Nair is the global insights and consumer research director for Kerry, leading the Insights Center of Excellence. Nair is deeply passionate about studying unmet consumer needs and uncovering untapped opportunities that drive actionable business outcomes. Soumya is an ex-Kantar insights specialist, where she focused on consumer storytelling, innovation and market-entry strategy. She has spent over 15 years in the industry conducting immersive ethnography, consumer segmentation and product optimization research for the food, beverage and luxury goods industry. Her foundational education is an MBA with a focus on marketing insights and design thinking. Nair is currently focused on driving insights rigor, harvesting cross-regional frameworks, establishing consistencies, step changing the function and developing upcoming insights talent at Kerry.
