He has a bachelor’s degree in materials science and engineering from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, a master’s degree in polymer engineering from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and an MBA from Kennesaw State University — Michael J. Coles College of Business. Barlow has a well-rounded technical background with 15 years of experience in the plastics industry holding various roles in sales, research and development, polymer processing, converting and vacuum web coating with historical close ties to manufacturing.
