Experience:

David Rosenblatt earned his doctor of veterinary medicine degree from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. He began his career at Unilever Israel, where he served as company veterinarian, research and development manager for pet food and SHEQA (safety, health, environment and quality assurance) manager. Since 2005, Rosenblatt has led learning and academic services at Sher Consulting and Training, a Mérieux NutriSciences subsidiary, and is also a lecturer in companion animal nutrition and food safety at the Koret School of Veterinary Medicine. He is a Food and Drug Administration-recognized lead instructor for the Food Safety Modernization Act, a preventive controls qualified individual and a lead auditor for numerous international standards. Rosenblatt has presented at conferences and workshops worldwide and contributed as author and chapter editor to the textbook Petfood Technology.
