Douglas Beloskur is a leader in digital integration aimed at improving processing and food/feed safety, and a regular industry contributor in the new era of digital flows. He holds a bachelor of science in mechanical engineering and a master of science in engineering, both from Kettering University. Since joining Buhler Aeroglide in 2007, Beloskur has evaluated and commissioned many types of convection drying equipment and has conducted drying theory courses all over the world. He also spent nearly three years working in Bühler’s head offices in Uzwil, Switzerland, as process engineering manager. Beloskur has published articles in various trade magazines on the topic of industrial automation and thermal processing.
