Experience:

Skaugen is the market manager for heavy duty sacks — including pet food packaging — in NOVA Chemicals’ polyethylene business, where she is responsible for developing and executing on market strategy and driving sustainability. Previously, she spent three years as a price analyst and price manager for NOVA Chemicals and eight years at Chevron Phillips Chemicals in analyst and engineering roles. Currently, Skaugen serves as the NOVA Chemicals’ representative for the Pet Sustainability Coalition and as a member of NOVA Chemicals’ United Way committee. Skaugen graduated with distinction from the University of Oklahoma with a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering.
