Technical service and application development specialist
New recyclable structures for pet food packaging – Nancy Conley, technical service and application development specialist for NOVA Chemicals, educates pet food producers on recyclable packaging options. There has been a significant evolution in pet food packaging over the past ten years, and consumers today are increasingly looking for sustainable packaging that can contribute to a more circular economy. The presentation will show current single material packages that have been developed to compete with the current multi-material offerings that have limited recyclability. Participants will leave the presentation with a broader knowledge of possible pet food packaging alternatives that offer a more sustainable option.
