Helm started his career at UPS, learning the nuances of the logistics business. Through that experience, he found his passion aligned best in the warehouse and distribution portion of the supply chain. After spending the next 10 years at Smart Warehousing, moving up the career path as an inventory control manager, warehouse manager, general manager, regional director, vice president of operations and finally vice president of customer experience, Helm joined the eShipping Distribution Services team. His current role is vice president of distribution, where he oversees all facets of the warehousing, fulfillment and distribution services offered.
