Presentation Description:

Pet food product claims that matter: 2019 pet parent survey results – Lisa Demme, FONA International’s marketing director, and Kathleen Crossman, FONA International’s vice president of regulatory, share and interpret the results of their 2019 proprietary nationwide survey of pet parents across generations. From baby boomers to Generation Z, let’s explore the label claims and product attributes that consumers will be looking for in pet food, treats and supplements. It’s time to ask: What does this changing consumer landscape mean for the pet food, treats and supplement market? What claims are driving purchase intent with today’s consumer?
