Experience:

Mays spent seven years as a research manager at Ipsos Agriculture and Animal Health, supporting the introduction of many companion animal health pharmaceutical and livestock products. She then transitioned to the client side as senior global insights manager at the Climate Corp., part of Bayer Crop Science’s digital farming platform developed to support farmers in data driven decisions. Mays is passionate about helping organizations place the customer at the center of decisions. She has a wealth of quantitative and qualitative expertise in branding/brand health, new product development, pricing, customer journey/customer experience and segmentation. Mays helps companies transform data and insights into informed action in the ag tech, inputs, equipment and animal health industries.
