Vann has worked in the pet food market space periodically throughout her career to identify emerging trends, drivers and unmet needs, via a variety of research methodologies, and has most recently conducted Voice of the Customers (VOC) interviews with standup pouch converters and brand owners to understand their packaging equipment needs.
