Experience:

Prior to becoming COO of Nature’s Variety, Grimm served as the company’s CFO. He has been active in the organization’s rapid growth and was instrumental in its decision to utilize HPP as part of its pet food safety program, leading significant research projects focused on the technology. In previous leadership positions with Nature’s Variety, he enhanced the company’s quality systems, finance, accounting and reporting capabilities. Grimm has been in the consumer product goods industry since 1994, serving previously as general manager of sales and distribution for the Northwest US for Dreyer’s Grand Ice Cream, a division of Nestlé. He earned a bachelor of science degree in finance from the University of Utah and a master’s of business administration from Brigham Young University.
