Petfood R&D Showcase headquarter hotel is the Holiday Inn at The Campus.

Rooms are available to pre-registered, Petfood R&D Showcase attendees on a first-come, first served basis. The deadline for the group rate is September 20, 2019 or until the room block is full. 

The group rate for a king or double sized room is $99.95 per night, plus applicable state and local taxes.

Getting to Manhattan, KS

Manhattan is conveniently located off Interstate 70 in the scenic Flint Hills region of northeast Kansas. I70 provides east and west access points. There are several convenient options to get to Manhattan:

Manhattan Regional Airport is serviced by American Airlines/American Eagle, with direct jet service to Dallas-Fort Worth and Chicago O’Hare. Check flights and purchase tickets at Fly MHK! Manhattan Regional Airport.

Salina Regional Airport is located 75 miles west of Manhattan, KS, via Interstate 70. Fly Salina is serviced by United Airlines with service to Chicago O’Hare as well as Denver International Airport (through Hays, KS). For more information visit Salina Airport Authority.

Explore Manhattan

Looking for something to do after the workshop activities? Many local restaurants and attractions are located within walking distance of the Holiday Inn at Campus.

Take a stroll down to Aggieville to enjoy one of our local restaurants such as Coco Bolos, So Long Saloon, or Taco Lucha. Need a pick me up? Try one of our local coffee shops, Radina’s or Bluestem Bistro. Or if you have a sweet tooth, Varsity Donuts may hit the spot. If you need some fresh air, take a stroll around City Park or explore the Kansas State University campus. Be sure to stop by the K-State Student Union for some Call Hall Ice Cream or check out the current exhibition at the Marianna Kistler Beach Museum of Art.
