Petfood Forum 2017 opens registration, prepares for industry’s largest-ever event

Registration is now open for the 25th Anniversary edition of Petfood Forum, an exclusive event serving pet treat and pet food manufacturers. Petfood Forum will take place at the Kansas City Convention Center in Kansas City, Missouri, USA on April 3-5, 2017.

A  new registration platform has been created, in addition to the new Petfood Forum events website, in order to provide a more user-friendly experience. With a more organized structure and the ability to access each site from anywhere via a mobile device, it is expected that these new platforms will create a positive Petfood Forum experience from the very beginning and carrying through until the end of the event.

In addition to providing a great experience online, Petfood Forum 2017 is on its way to giving attendees the chance to be a part of another record-breaking conference and exhibition, as more pet food manufacturers and pet food industry suppliers are expected to attend than ever before. Due to the sellout status of the 2016 exhibition, the decision was made to expand the exhibit hall floor to accommodate projected growth. This expanded space is already proving to be a necessity, as over 53% of booth spaces have sold within the two weeks that registration has been open. With over 120 companies already committed to having a presence on the hall floor, attendees can expect to engage with the global industry’s top pet food ingredient suppliers, packaging, technology and equipment professionals. Pet food industry subject-matter experts will not only be interacting with attendees through the exhibition, but during educational sessions, as well. Transitioning from the exhibit hall floor to the presentation rooms will be another improvement from last year’s event, as they are going to be in closer proximity to each other. Speaker abstracts are currently being accepted and reviewed, and are expected to be finalized in the coming months. Topics are expected to include new research on pet food nutrition, pet food industry trends and predictions, technologies and techniques for new product development in pet food, information on packaging and marketing pet food products, and more.

“The value that our educational sessions bring to our attendees is really one-of-a-kind, as content and speakers are carefully selected in order to ensure that we are providing information that really matters for the success of their business,” said Debbie Phillips Donaldson, Editor-In-Chief of Petfood Industry. “Educational session topics are going to be tailored to a variety of different roles in the industry as Petfood Forum truly is an event that an entire team can benefit from by attending.”

Early Bird registration is available now through February 1, 2017 and provides attendees with the opportunity to save up to $300. Click here to learn more about Petfood Forum 2017.
