What is Petfood Forum Asia?

Petfood Forum Asia is a one-day conference that provides an ideal opportunity to meet pet food professionals from around the world and offers a focused setting to network, exchange ideas and do business with leading industry suppliers. Each edition of Petfood Forum Asia consists of a new agenda, speaker lineup and learning takeaways that can be instantly applied to your own business model.

When and where will the next Petfood Forum Asia take place?

Petfood Forum Asia is scheduled for 25 October 2023, at the Bangkok International Trade and Exhibition Centre in Bangkok, Thailand, and held in conjunction with Pet Fair South East Asia 2023.

Additionally, the next annual Petfood Forum conference and exhibition is scheduled for May 1-3, 2023 in Kansas City, Mo. The location will once again be at the Kansas City Convention Center.

Who attends Petfood Forum Asia?

Attendees include professionals working in nutrition, ingredient and processing technologies, packaging, food science, R&D, product development, food safety, QA/QC, purchasing, import/export and regulatory compliance.

What can I expect from the conference agenda?

Petfood Forum Asia educational sessions consist of the most important pet food industry trends, research and innovation, specifically related to the Asian pet food market, but information on the industry from an international perspective will be provided, as well.

What is the cost to attend Petfood Forum Asia?

Petfood Forum Asia registration includes a full day of educational presentations, multiple networking coffee breaks and lunch. Plus, access to two networking reception included with the Pet Fair South East Asia 2023 registration. There is no cost to attend Pet Fair South East Asia 2023.

Early Bird rate (available 19 June – 31 August) – $395 USD
Standard rate (available 1 September – 24 October) – $445 USD
On-site rate (available 25 October) – $495 USD

Are meals included in the cost of registration?

Snacks, coffee, tea will be available during check-in, lunch and an afternoon coffee break will be included. For specific times view the agenda

What is the refund policy?

You may cancel your participation at any time but please be aware of the event cancellation policy listed below.

If you cancel before September 1, 2023, you will be refunded your registration fee less a 15% processing fee. If you cancel on or after September 1, 2023, you will not be eligible for a refund, but may send someone in your place. All name substitutions must be complete by is September 15, 2023. Please e-mail additions, changes and/or cancellation requests to: events@wattglobal.com. All Registrations must be paid by September 15, 2023.

How do I register without using social media?

Registering with social media is not required. Please look below the social buttons on the registration screen for the link “or click here to register with your email” and proceed accordingly.

I am pre-registered; how will I receive my badge?

Your badge and program materials will be available at the Petfood Forum Asia registration desk located in the Foyer of MR 214-217 at the Bangkok International Trade & Exhibition Centre (BITEC).

A separate registration for Pet Fair South East Asia is required to attend the two networking receptions. There is no cost to register for Pet Fair South East Asia. Register here

How can I print my receipt?

There are two ways to obtain your Petfood Forum receipt/invoice.

While registering: Once you’ve reached the “Confirmation Page” (last page), navigate over to the right-hand side of the screen, click the “Receipt/Invoice button.” You can then print or email your receipt.

After you have registered: Sign into the registration site here, using the email and password created when registering. Continue through to the “Confirmation Page,” navigate over to the right-hand side of the screen, click the “Receipt/Invoice button.” You can then print or email your receipt.
